• When will I receive my skincare package?

The delivery date for your order is dependent on your location. It usually takes us X business days to dispatch orders depending on sales volumes. The estimated date of delivery for all orders is provided at checkout and the ‘Track My Order’ section under ‘My Orders’ when you log into your Skin Mantra account.

• Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship all our skincare products across the globe. We, however, are not responsible for any import taxes and customs charges your shipment incurs or shipping delays due to customs.

• How do I track my order?

You can track your order by going to the ‘My Orders’ section after logging into your J Dub Queen account. We also send tracking information to your email as soon as your order is dispatched. 

• Am I eligible for free shipping

We offer free standard shipping for your products across the United States and expedited shipping options are available. International orders are however ineligible for free shipping.

• Can I change my shipping address?

You can change your shipping address before placing an order and if there is an error you wish to change after your order is placed, contact us as soon as possible.

If a package is returned to us because the shipping address you provided was incorrect, reshipping fees will apply. We do not provide refunds on packages with the wrong shipping addresses.

• Can I cancel/amend my order?

Once an order is placed, it cannot be amended. Please review your orders before checking out to make sure you have selected the right items.
